Charity COVID-19 Emergency Shopping list app made for UPS, Fedex, and anyone else who delivers during this pandemic

Update: app is now released. I couldn’t find a group who was interested in it, so I changed the name and it got approved:

I created a shopping list of essentials and some non essentials, that people need/want delivered during this pandemic from Staples, Walmart, and more.

I am not allowed to release it because I’m not a non-profit. I am frustrated that Apple approved the beta and then wouldn’t let me release by myself.

I’m trying to help the world, especially the homeless, disabled, and elderly.

Here’s the rejection reason from Apple:

Rejection reason: Guideline 5.2.1 – Legal – Intellectual Property

The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect a recognized institution, such as a governmental entity, hospital, insurance company, non-governmental organization, or university, which is required for the content in this app by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.

Next Steps

The content in your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects a recognized institution. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. If your client does not yet have an Apple Developer account, they can enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer website.

Please see attached screenshot for details.

The interesting thing about this app is you can make money linking to products at Walmart, Amazon, Staples; not AngelSoft, but they don’t have any stock anymore.

I’m not looking to profit or get paid for anything regarding the existing iOS app. I just want to help out the people who deliver packages and stop the Corona Virus from spreading more than it has.

Please contact me at if you’re interested in paying your delivery drivers more money using affiliate links by becoming an Apple and Android registered developer and taking over this app. I will pay the Apple registration fee, and Google fee once the Google app is developed.

I’m blessed to live in the USA, only leave the house to buy perishable items so far, and have a place to stay without having to pay rent.

IF you need a mask, has them in stock.
